Kesos Tacos opened its doors in Austin in 2014. In a city known for tacos, we set out on a mission to bring bold new flavors with one special ingredient. Our tacos are inspired by the juicy, flavorful meats of Mexico, where our founder, Johnatan, grew up. We took those authentic Mexican flavors and combined them with fresh, Austin-inspired ingredients to craft our signature tacos.

But that wasn't enough - we wanted to add something that would truly set us apart. That special ingredient became the heart of our name and the soul of our concept: our unique and delicious queso. It was the perfect finishing touch that made our tacos truly one of a kind.
